Objective behind the trip
The objective behind the trip to Sailana was to familiarize
the students with the beauty and use of the Cactus Plant.
The variety, shape, life span and size of the desert plant.
Observation of Students
This Educational tour imparted the valuable knowledge and
respect to the students of the Cactus Plant. The visit to
the sprawling grounds behind the Palace at Sailana
transformed the students journey into Cactus Land as one of
pleasure and excitement.

Observation of Teachers
The entrance to the Cactus garden was truly a magical
experience. It left the teachers feeling as though they had
been transported to “CACTUS LAND” .It was truly amazing to
see the desert plant in different forms, shapes and sizes.
The friendly gardener familiarized the teachers with the
names and life span of the various cactus found there some
them are “ The Old Man cactus, Bell cactus, Bulb cactus
Snake cactus {Nag Fanni} the Peacock feather cactus etc.

Conclusion
·This type of education tour should be encouraged for the
enlightenment of student’s mind .
·This step should be further taken with the objective of
increasing the awareness of the students with regards to
plant life.
·This step can canalize the caliber of student towards their
desired zenith. |
